Bush & Gudgell, Inc. is a civil engineering, planning, and land surveying firm based in St. George, Utah. We produce grading and drainage plans, storm drain layouts, and site construction permit drawings for residential subdivisions, along with Planned Development zone change exhibits, site plans, and entitlement packages for commercial projects. Our work includes Highest & Best Use analysis for large parcels, final plats and mylars, and coordination with title reports, agencies, and utilities. We respond to city review comments, revise drawings, and work through practical issues such as stormwater routing, right-of-way constraints, and access requirements. Our clients include municipalities, homebuilders, developers, contractors, and a tribal corporation across southern Utah. Current and recent projects include residential subdivisions, townhome developments, and commercial sites in St. George and Washington. The work is straightforward: prepare accurate drawings, coordinate with stakeholders, and move projects through approval to construction.
